the settlement covers living individuals who accessed cvs digital properties in the united states before july 27, 2026. only one cash payment is permitted per household.
if you used cvs.com, cvshealth.com or the cvs app, you may be eligible to receive up to $10 from a proposed class action settlement.
the lawsuit alleges that cvs pharmacy disclosed health or private information, personal information, browsing data, identifiers or other user data to criteo or other technology providers through technology used on cvs digital properties. cvs and criteo deny violating the law, and the court has not decided which side is right.
eligible class members may receive:payment amounts may be reduced depending on the number of valid claims submitted.
