- enter your insurance information online and CVS will process the claim with your health insurance provider on your behalf.
- you will receive email or text message notifications with order status.
- go to your selected CVS for store pickup using your name and order number.
private health insurers are required to provide coverage for no less than eight at-home COVID-19 tests per person per month for plan members without a prescription.
If CVS is not a participating pharmacy in the your health insurance plan, you will be notified and given the option to pay out-of-pocket and follow your plan's claim submission process.
Members of select insurance plans may also access tests with no up-front cost at the pharmacy counter.
